ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Each original artwork is sold with a full refund, including dispatch, BUT EXCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE, if the work does not meet your expectations and is returned within 7 days.
Each original artwork is sold on a wooden mount, unless stated otherwise, in its description, so it can be hung immediately.


CANVAS PRINTS
Each print is sold with a full refund, including dispatch, BUT EXCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE, if the work does not meet your expectations and is returned within 7 days.
Canvas Prints are sold on a wooden mount, which can be hung immediately, printed on a high quality cotton matte canvas material, which is 300GSM, which offers amazing colour reproduction.
All prints are coated with a quality protective coating, which protects against moisture, UV and dust.


PRICES
Prices INCLUDE postage, shipping, packing and postal insurance, if damage should occur.


HOW DO I SHOP?
Select the item(s) you wish to purchase from the Gallery using the 'PayPal Buy Now' button. This places the item(s) in your shopping basket in a new window.
You can add or remove items as you like and see the grand total of your goods using the 'View Cart' button at the bottom of the page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your basket click the 'Checkout' button.
At this point you will be asked for the following details: your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We need your name and address for delivery, your telephone number in case we need to contact you about your purchase and e-mail address for sending your receipt and order confirmation. We will not collect unnecessary information. We will not share any of your details with third parties.
You can choose to pay on-line using a credit or debit card in which case the next stage will be to complete the transaction at PayPal. We do not ask you for, nor do we have, access to your credit/debit card details. You will receive payment confirmation by e-mail from PayPal. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order.


HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?
All online orders will be processed in a SAFE & SECURE environment through PayPal. Further details can be found on their website:

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
We do not have access to your debit/credit card details. PayPal is used to process your payment card details. Our online payment processing complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can tell the page is secure by the padlock icon being displayed on your browser.


WHO CAN MAKE PURCHASES?
We are only allowed to accept orders from customers who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to make a purchase, please ask an adult to place the order for you instead.


ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you have paid by credit/debit card you will be e-mailed with a payment confirmation, which you can keep and print off for your records. This will happen once PayPal have confirmed your online payment has been successful, usually within a few minutes.
We will contact you by email to confirm your order has been accepted.


DELIVERY
Standard delivery will be via the Postal Services. Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for a non-standard delivery.

We will endeavour to dispatch within 5 days and customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery, but international delivery may take longer.


CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
By law, you may cancel or return, from the day of the order and up to 7 working days AFTER you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel or return, you should e-mail, support@artme.co.nz as soon as possible. We must have written notice of your cancellation or return.
You will receive a full refund, including dispatch, BUT EXCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE COSTS, within 30 days of cancellations in the same way that you paid for the goods i.e. PayPal by credit or debit card, or Online refund, as applicable. If the goods have already been dispatched, they should be returned to us in excellent condition by STANDARD POSTAL SERVICES ONLY.


DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged goods must be returned, with their original packaging, so that a claim can be made against the delivery service and a full refund, will be provided, including dispatch and return postage fees. If the item(s) concerned is/are an original artwork we will be unable to provide replacement(s).
You will receive a full refund, including dispatch and return postage costs, within 30 days of cancellations, in the same way that you paid for the goods i.e. PayPal by credit or debit card, or Online refund, as applicable.


COMPLAINTS
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service, however, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter, then please e-mail: support@artme.co.nz . We will reply as soon as possible, and in any case, you will at least receive, an acknowledgement, within 1 working day, whilst we resolve your complaint.
