I am a late starter to the beautiful world of painting, although I have sketched and created for as long as I can remember.
In 2001 I completed a practical and advanced photography course, so most of my paintings or pastels are sourced from my photographs. A busy home life (wife, and mother of four) often gets in the way of my creative urges, but I can achieve more as the children get older.
A few years ago I went on a workshop with Jaqueline Coates (Australia), who really made me believe in my work, and during my second workshop with her, helped me find my own style, although I′m still not sure what that is yet!
I will do commissioned pieces if required, but prefer to work from my own references.
