Becky De Co is a commissioned painting of Becky Lewis for her 18th Birthday. Her Father, Chris arranged for her to sit for me and I painted her in the Art Deco style she loves. For her Birthday, she was given the pearl necklace that she is wearing in the painting.
Becky was a complete delight to paint and to this day remains one of my favourite commissions.

Hi Rosie,
Fantastic!!!!! We all went WOW!
Thank you once again for Becky De Co. We treasure it.

Kurt Cobain - Lithium
I′m so happy
Cause today I found my friends
They′re in my head
I′m so ugly
But that′s ok, ′cause so are you
We′ve broke our mirrors
Sunday morning
Is everyday for all I care
And I′m not scared
Light my candles
In a daze ′cause I′ve found god
Yeah he he yeah
I′m so lonely and
That′s ok, I shaved my head
And I′m not sad
And just maybe
I′m to blame for all I′ve heard
And I′m not sure
I′m so excited
I can′t wait to meet you there
And I dont′ care
I′m so horny but
That′s ok, my will is good
Yeah he he yeah

Raja and Rani.
It is spring in Bangladesh some time in the distant past when all around was a wonderful time and the people were happy and joyful as the Raja had just taken a wife.
The scene was set for joyous dancing and singing and all around the palace; life took on a new beginning. Guests were arriving on elephants for the celebrations, the Palace musicians were playing, the dancers were dancing, the servants were going about their busy duties, the boats were mooring in the Palace estuary loaded with gifts for the happy couple, the Rickshaws were busy transporting people to and fro and the wild animals that lived around the Palace relaxed in the warm spring sunshine. The Raja and Rani were bathed in the love of their people and settled down to a beautiful life in the Palace.
Mr Miah commissioned me to paint a story book of a Raja and his Palace to compliment his Raja Restaurant in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. There are 8 paintings in total.
